The Technology: High-Pressure Optimization

GranLux® Dust is scientifically optimized to perform alongside professional high-pressure water jetting systems (30–70 bar).

• Optimal Droplet Size: When sprayed, it creates a precise 20–200 µm micro-droplet mist that perfectly encapsulates airborne dust.
• Low Moisture Retention: Adds only 1.5% to 3% moisture to the final material (e.g., gravel or crushed rock). It suppresses dust completely without muddying or ruining the processed material.
• Resource Efficient: High-pressure application uses significantly less water (5–33 l/min) compared to traditional low-pressure flooding methods, saving both water and operational costs.

De-Icing & Defrosting

GranLux® Dust provides highly efficient ice management and anti-icing properties without damaging surrounding infrastructure.
